The Purpose of the Phelps Business Development and Tourism Council (BDTC)
- Actively provide support to local business members
- Encourage additional businesses to locate in Phelps
- Offer assistance to the Sauerkraut Weekend Committee, local parks, the Phelps Historical Society, the Lions Club, and other community activities
- Provide a representative to work with the Town, Village, Planning, and Zoning boards
