Starting September 6, join instructor Beth Bond on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-7PM at the Phelps Community Fitness Center for PUMP. PUMP is a cardio strength class for all fitness levels, involving: dumb bells, weighted bars, low resistance & high reps. Class is $5. Bring a water bottle and mat to get started!
