A Good Membership: No guidance needed? No problem! Membership at this level includes use of all cardio and strength training equipment at your convenience. A complimentary walk-through and introduction of the facility with a personal trainer is provided.  Please see front office to schedule walk-through.

A Better Membership: Meet with the trainer once a month and start moving in the right direction! This membership includes use of all cardio and strength training equipment at your convenience as well as a walk-through and introduction of the facility with a personal trainer. You will be able to meet with a trainer for a monthly accountability and planning session.

The Best Membership: This is the ultimate results membership! Meet with a trainer two times per month to plan your work-outs and stay on track. Membership includes use of all cardio and strength training equipment at your convenience as well as a walk-through and introduction of the facility with a personal trainer. Your bi-weekly training session will be one-on-one with your trainer and accountability will help you get the most out of your membership.

Payment Information
We accept cash, check, or the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.  Any membership beyond 1 month can be paid monthly by an automatic charge to your credit card to help spread your cost over a longer period of time.  Insufficient funds from a check payment will incur  a $30 fee.  Fitness Center Membership Contract and printable Fitness Membership Information .

PERSONAL TRAINER at PCC

Allison Newman, a Personal Trainer at PCC, is an ISSA Certified Trainer.  Contact PCC office at 315-548-8484 to schedule an appointment.  Alison Newman has her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in DancePerformance and Choreography from Towson University in Towson,Maryland. Alison has been working in the fitness industry since 1983.  She has taught group exercise and trained individuals in health andwellness in various capacities. Alison worked for Brick Bodies, aninternationally acclaimed fitness company. After moving toWashington, D.C. she was the fitness director for Sport and Healthcompanies and then branched out to start her own companyFitnesse, Inc which specialized in personal training and group exercise. Along with her fitness expertise she has been a massage therapist forthe past 16 years. She currently has her personal training certification throughInternational Sports Science Association and is a personal trainer and fitness advisor for Phelps Community Center.
