Attention Village of Phelps Residents - Fall Leaf Cleanup

Monday, October 21 thru Wednesday, November 27

·       Pile bags in an OPEN AREA between the sidewalk and street, where we can get the loader.

·       DO NOT pile bags around trees, utility poles, fire hydrants, mailboxes, etc.

·       Bags should be placed in piles.  Only bagged leaves will be accepted.

·       We will not pick up brush or complete tree removals.

Also, remember that leaves and brush will be accepted at the Transfer Station, free of charge, on Wednesdays from 12 noon to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Bagged leaves taken to the Transfer Station must be opened and dumped. 

The Village Office and all Departments will be closed, Thursday, November 28^th and Friday, November 29^th.
