NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PROPOSED

2025 - 2026 BUDGET

Notice is hereby given that the proposed budget for the Village of Phelps has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk/Treasurer at the Village Office, 8 Banta Street, Suite 150, Phelps, NY, where any interested party may inspect it between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Said proposed budget includes compensation for the Mayor in the amount of $6,020.00 per annum and for the Trustees at a rate of $4,200.00 per annum. A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held at the Village Meeting Room, 8 Banta Street, on April 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM to consider the same before adoption.
