2025 PHELPS HARVEST FESTIVAL

The Village of Phelps Youth Parks & Recreation and the PCC invite you to come and enjoy some free family fun at the 2025 Phelps Harvest Festival will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 1-4 PM at the Phelps Community Center, 8 Banta Street,  Phelps, NY.  This event will take place rain or shine!

Featured activities include:

Arts and Crafts for Kids, Balloon Art, Bounce Houses, Caramel Apples, Cider & Donuts, Face Painting, Fall Games, Popcorn, Music, Pumpkin Decorating, a selfie photo booth, a Hayride, a Mini Hay Maze, and a Scarecrow Contest.
