Amy was elected to the position of Town Clerk effective January 1, 2025. Prior to being elected, Amy was appointed by the Phelps Town Board for the position for 2024. 

A former Rochester, NY native, Amy has been a resident of the Town of Phelps for over 30 years and had previously held the position of Deputy Town Clerk from 2016 to 2023.  Amy has over 28 years experience in local government, including the position of Zoning and Planning Secretary for the Town of Manchester for 21 years. 

Amy and her husband Rick have been blessed with a lovely and talented daughter.
