At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Phelps, in the County of Ontario, New York, held in the Town of Phelps on March 11, 2025, in the matter of the Creation of the Route 96/488 Water District, Extension No. 1 in the Town of Phelps, County of Ontario, New York. A public hearing of the Town Board of the Town of Phelps will be held at the Phelps Town Meeting Hall, 1331 NYS Route 88, Phelps, New York, on March 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. on said day, to consider creation of said District and to hear all persons interested in the subject thereof, concerning the same, and for such other and further action on the part of said Town Board, with relation to the premises.
