PHELPS BDTC SCARECROW CONTEST

THE ANNUAL SCARECROW CONTEST IN DOWNTOWN PHELPS IS UNDERWAY!

Once again the Town of Phelps is taking part in the event, hosted by the Phelps BDTC. Stop by the town hall to get a glimpse of our own Judge Jack! 
You do not have to be a downtown business owner to join in the fun, simply contact the BDTC to register and for more information at phelpsbdtc@gmail.com.

Scarecrows will be on display from 10/4 - 11/8.

Awards for best representation of business/organization and most humorous.  Winners will be to be announced on 11/3 and clean up will take place on November 9th. Good luck to everyone participating!
