Notice of Public Comment Period for Proposed Revisions to Commissioners Policy CP-51/ Soil Clean up Guidance:

Notice is hereby given that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to commissioners policy (CP)-51, Soil Clean Up Guidance, which was first issued in October 2010.
