5. Public Hearings –
a. SP24-08: Micah Sherman of the Yorkshire Inn, 1135 St. Rt. 96, Phelps NY 14532 is requesting modification of the existing site plan to include a 48’ by 20’ pavilion pursuant to Chapter 115 of the Phelps Town Code.
b. SP24-09: Sonja Torpey, Project Manager of Tetra Tech is requesting on Behalf of CTEC Solar, LLC., of 1 Griffith Road South, Suite 200, Bloomfield, CT 06002, site plan review for the construction of a 3.4 MW solar project at 120 & 138 Cross Road, Geneva, NY 14456 pursuant to Chapter 145-84, Large-Scale Solar Systems of the Phelps Town Code.
6. Public Comment - Open the floor to public comment and questions (5-minute limit per person)
7. Unfinished Business – Schedule of regulations discrepancies/omissions updates.
